Rosanna Hansen
Rosanna Hansen has worked in children’s books as a publisher, an editor in chief, and an author. Most recently, she served as publisher and editor in chief of Weekly Reader, supervising seventeen classroom magazines as well as books. Before that, she was group publisher of Reader’s Digest Children’s Books for the United States and the United Kingdom.
Rosanna has written over seventeen children’s books on such topics as animals, nature, and astronomy. In her free time, she helps raise guide-dog puppies and volunteers for wildlife organizations such as the Cheetah Conservation Fund and Save the Rhino Trust. For fun, she sings classical music in a community chorus. She and her husband, Corwith, live in Tuckahoe, New York.
